  • Accounts Receivable

  • Advanced Price Book Tuning
    • You can enter all the parameters to derive a price or you enter the final price and the computer generates the parameters and creates the markup matrices.

  • Employee Time Clock
    • Allows you to use the Printer's Plus system to keep track of the hours worked by each employee.
  • Expanded Mailing Labels
    • Multiply the effectiveness of your mailing by choosing from last contact date, outstanding accounts receivable, business type, zip code, or any combination of these.
    • Choose between regular customers, prospects, or both, when combined with the Prospective Customer module.
    • Export your customer address information (using the same criteria as above) in either a dBASE or WordPerfect format.
    • Generate a letter using a word processing package, then easily import your customer information into the word processing package for a mail merge function.
    • Export your customer address list in a format that can be read by the US Post Office.The Post Office will then update and modify your customer address information with the proper street address, zip code, carrier route, etc.  The Post Office returns a diskette back to you that quickly imports into Printer's Plus, updating your customer address information and printing a report that notifies you of what changed.
  • General Ledger

    • Interrupt any transaction in Order Entry or Accounts Receivable to do a "quick sale" by pressing the F3 Quicksale key. A window pops up over the current screen where you enter the simple sales transaction. Upon completion, the window disappears and you return to the place you left off in Order Entry or Accounts Receivable.
    • Option to print a receipt on a small receipt size printer instead of using a full invoice form.
